Hello Everyone,

We are a small 501c3 Not-for-Profit Organization, and our income is generated from the donations we receive from the public at all the events we provide train rides at every year.

We need your help, so we may purchase new riding cars for our organization. Our current riding cars are Forty-Three (43) Years Old, all wood, sit real low and hard for some of the public guests to get on and off of, and way pass their prime, but, they have provided many years of public enjoyable. But, they are slowly needing more and more maintenance and the raising cost of parts needed to maintain the cars to safety standards, which we take very seriously, has become a non-ending task for our members. Safety is our upmost importance to the public and our members. The new riding cars we are seeking to purchase are all steel and will last our organization for many, many years and help us continue our work in the Operation LifeSaver Program and provide public events.

As, you explore our website and look at all our pictures, you will see all the events, along with our Operation LifeSaver Program we provide train rides too every year,  and all the wear and tear over the years our riding cars have endured to provide this enjoyment to the people.

So, we reaching out to you for your help and asking if you would help us by Donating to our organization to help us purchase the cars we have listed below that we would like purchase. Any amount of donation from you would be greatly appreciated, and we have listed the links below for your choice of how your wish to make your kind donation, and help with us raising funds to buy these must needed riding cars.

Our Goal is to reach Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00), to purchase three riding cars at Two Thousand Five Hundred Third-Five Dollars ($2,535.00) each. The more cars someone buys the lower the price is for them.  If we could go pass our Goal and reach Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00), that would be Thirteen Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($13,200.00) for six cars at Two Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($2,200.00) each, and we would be able to replace all six of our riding cars with these new ones. We have provided all the details below.

Drop Center Bench Riding Car

Features:

All steel construction, Drop center for low C.G., Extremely stable, Extra leg room, Dual coupler pockets for 1.5" or 2.5" scale couplers.,

Wide padded seat for comfort, Choice of arch bar truck types, Your choice of paint texture & color, Safety chain eyes, Drain holes in well section.

Built for heavy use, these passenger bench and chair cars are meant for hauling the public on a continuous basis. Your visitors will appreciate the comfort and stability of these cars. The drop center while lowering the center of gravity also gives a few extra inches of leg space for the taller riders.

These RMI passenger cars are 20" wide and 96 inches long and may be used with either 1.5" or 2.5" couplers. RMI air brakes are available and cars may be ordered as either 7.5" or 7.25" to fit your track gauge.

Made of heavy gauge steel and fully welded construction you won't find a stronger, more durable car. We will paint the car to your requirements. Cushion is available in black or tan (tan recommended for areas with bright sunlight).
